I have completed my Bachelor in Exercise Science and Nutrition and completed a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2018. I have spent 7 years in the industry working with a variety of conditions.
I also have an academic role at a University, supervising & educating Clinical Exercise Physiology students. Both of these opportunities have allowed me to continuouly improve and develop my clinical knowledge and skills.
I am passionate in seniors health. Working closely with conditions like
